This time of the year Pumpkin Spice is my favorite kind of creamer.  So this year I made my own pumpkin spice creamer to pass out as by gift to all the girls at work.

1 large can of Libby's 100%  pumpkin
3 cans of evaporated milk
2 cups of sugar
1 tsp of cinnamon
whisk together and pour into canning jars.  Makes 5 16 oz jars.

Apple Carton Trees

I wish I would of thought of this years ago, because they turned out beautifully.  We cut apple cartons in the shape of a tree and let the children paint to their hearts content.  Once they had painted their tree shape we had them sprinkle glitter on top of the wet paint.  These beautiful trees are now hanging around our classroom and bringing us some holiday cheer.
